Terms of Service

These are the current draft terms for using SolForge.

Draft notice: These terms are a product-site starting point and are not legal advice. Review them with qualified legal counsel before treating them as final.

1. Service

SolForge provides a software interface for interacting with the Solana blockchain, including tools for creating and inspecting SPL tokens.

Blockchain transactions are executed on the Solana network and are subject to the behavior, availability and rules of that network and connected wallet software.

2. Wallet responsibility

You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, approvals and transaction decisions.

3. Fees

SolForge may charge service fees shown on its pricing page. Solana network fees and account rent may be separate.

4. Transactions

Once a blockchain transaction has been signed and submitted, SolForge cannot guarantee reversal, cancellation or recovery of assets.

5. Token responsibility

You are responsible for the tokens, names, symbols, images, metadata and other content you create or publish using the service.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use SolForge to violate applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights or blockchain network rules.

7. No financial advice

SolForge does not provide investment, trading, financial, legal or tax advice. Creating a token does not guarantee a market, liquidity, value or demand.

8. Availability

The service may be changed, interrupted, suspended or discontinued. Blockchain infrastructure and third-party services may also become unavailable.

9. Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for their own transactions, wallets, assets and decisions made through the service.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as SolForge evolves. The published version on this page should be treated as the current version once finalized.
