Privacy Policy

These are the current draft privacy terms for SolForge.

Draft notice: This privacy policy is a product-site starting point and is not legal advice. Review it with qualified legal counsel before publishing it as final.

1. Information handled by SolForge

SolForge may process information necessary to operate the website and blockchain-related features, such as wallet public addresses, transaction signatures, token mint addresses, browser requests and technical information required for service operation.

2. Wallet addresses

A connected Solana wallet may expose its public address to the application. A public blockchain address is not a private key and cannot by itself authorize transactions.

3. Private keys

SolForge is designed not to request or store wallet seed phrases or private keys. Never enter those credentials into SolForge.

4. Blockchain data

Transactions, token accounts, mint addresses and other blockchain data are public on Solana and may be visible through Solana explorers and other third-party services.

5. Technical information

Infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps, device or browser information and security-related logs as necessary to operate and protect the service.

6. Cookies and storage

SolForge may use browser storage or similar technologies to remember application state and preferences. The specific technologies used should be documented here before this policy is finalized.

7. Third-party services

SolForge may rely on infrastructure, wallet, blockchain RPC, storage, analytics or other third-party providers. Their processing is governed by their own policies where applicable.

8. Data retention

Retention periods depend on the type of information and operational requirements. Specific retention periods should be established before this policy is finalized.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used to protect service infrastructure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or other processing of personal information. Contact details and jurisdiction-specific procedures should be added before publication of the final policy.

11. Policy changes

This policy may be updated as SolForge changes. The published version should include an effective date once finalized.
